bridgestone 175-200

hi all can you put a 200 head and barrel etc straight onto a  175 and if so what would be the maximum cc you could bore it out to .cheers .

Sounds like a neat project.

One most 175's you can not put the 200 cylinders on because:

The 200 cylinder liners are to big to go into the crankcase halfs, however a machine shop could machine the cases out to accept the 200 cylinders

A few 175's (late ones) were built using the larger cylinder hole!

No aluminum BS cylinders can be bored, since they are chromes lined
