Coxy,
Your Bridgestone GTR is looking good.
Re check your points plugs coils and condensers.
And the wiring, you will get it running right!
Thanks.
Steve.

If your convinced everything electrical is working correctly then try swapping the carbs over and see if the problem follows it.

Coxy, my first thought would be the condensor. Last year I replaced mine and posted the part number used. I think it was from a Kawasaki 650. Looked like the exact same piece as original. Richard doesn't have any more originals either.

Looks real good Coxy. Old Smokey is right. Electrical components sometimes break down after they warm up. Check to see if you've actually lost fire at the plug. If so you can swap components to troubleshoot like the condensor or coils. Plug wires will sometimes leak after warmup. The thing is everything will probably check good cold, so swapping out should help find it if the problem switches cylinders. Also the little guy in the background may have sabotaged somethin. :)

Check to make certain the top connection on the condenser is not making contact with the cover when installed.  Mine did that once.  Took a while to find it, would run OK sometimes, then drop one cylinder.

I would second what Oldswartout recommends.
Years ago mine did that so ever since the inside of my points cover has a piece of black electrical tape in it.

Also check the wire connectors at the points to be sure they are installed properly between the insulators and are nut turned close to the plate causing an arc to ground.
