Do you ride them or keep them in the workshop.
When you have finished rebuilding your Bridgestone do you ride it or keep it in the workshop!
Let me know.
Thanks.
Steve.

Ride them, definitely.

There aren't many Bridgestones around these parts anymore. I love it when people try to guess what it is. Only very few get it right.

I plan to do both!!  Ride when it's not in the shop, and keep it in the shop as a companion when not riding!

I really understand the work involved in restoring a project (car, motorcycle, boat). So it is easy not to want to ride them after you have given them a shake down to prove all your work. I have actually sold a motorcycle I restored, because I couldn't bring myself to really enjoy it. Silly isn't. Anyhow, I was lucky enough to find a bike that didn't need really any attention at all. So it is easy for me to just enjoy waxing her and taking her for rides, which I do often. Weather permitting that is.
