Hi Tangozulu,

I actually have a nice condition generator.
It's been cleaned inside and out, with new bearings and seal fitted.
I've altered the wiring so it can run on external condensors which will save you loads of aggro if they ever go wrong.
While I had it apart, I replaced the cables coming out of the generator with new one's, soldered onto the existing.
Now... I've never had this running, but even if it didn't work, it would be a good basis to have refurbished.
You might be lucky and it could work fine. At worst, it will need rewinding.
