Got my cylinders back from Eric Gore on Friday. Look great. Have tank and seat based mounted, rear controls are on, tires are on. Will get motor together next week and be ready to ride a little.

Good luck.  An article in Hot Rod magazine says this is the last year for Maxton, although they're saying they'll find somewhere else to run.

Karl, that is correct, another place is in the works. That makes it even more special if I break the record at Maxton, it will never be broken. The new place will start a new set of records.

Finished assembly on motor today, need some points and set of carbs and I am ready, will order points from Richard tomorrow, still undecided on carbs. Motor feels realy good.

How is the build coming along?  Will you be ready for next weekend's runs?
