Title: Bridgestone Designated as Classic Club
Post by: rwgibbon on June 06, 2010, 11:00:30 AM
This years AMA at Mid-Ohio will host the Bridgestone Motorcycle
as the Classic Motorcycle Club.

There will be over 20 Bridgestone Motorcycles on display
along with a great display of memorabilia.

Larry Young and Randy Gibbon will be presenting at the event
regarding the history of Bridgestone Motorycles.

Larry & Janet Vancil, Phil & Debbie Wheeler, Clint Reynolds, Brent Bartley,
Jan Boggs, Gene Mosbek, Corey Moore, Larry Young and many
more are involved in putting this display together.

Besure to stop in and take a look.

My brother and I will be trailering our 175 DT's to the event. Of course we plan to be driving them around the area. We will be stopping at the display as it will be one of the reasons we are going to Mid-Ohio.

We have been told by the AMA representatives you will be
able to drive your Bridgestone to the display area.

Randy and the entire crew mentioned in his first post did a fantastic job putting this together.  There was obviously a lot of work involved.  The tent was full, probably 45-50 bikes, at least one of everything and multiple examples of many. There were even a few bikes traded or purchased just to make things more fun. The seminars put on each morning by Randy and Larry Young (with some heckling from Larry V. and Phil W.) were interesting and generated quite a bit of interest, also.
