Title: 2 Different Parts --- Same Part Number
Post by: moonpup on August 04, 2018, 05:15:48 PM
Checking on some parts this morning I stumbled on 2 different parts that have the same part number.  :o

Page 25, Index #37,  Part # 09511-145, 10x145 hexagon bolt
Page 39, Index #3,    Part # 09511-145, 12x45 hexagon bolt

Which part has the correct part number and then what would be the part number for the other piece?

          Mike,
You don't arf find em ? ;D but well spotted.

As far as I am aware the 12mm bolt that attaches the grab handle/spacer/seat (P39,No.3)  is the same as the bolt used on the upper rear shock mount which is listed P31,No.17, as  09511-149. So that would provide a different number for your second bolt.
A typing error by BS ? what do you think ?                                       Brian.

Bingo!

The top rear shock bolts are indeed 12 x 45 as is the front grab handle bolt and therefore should share the same part number.

Thanks Brian, we now have the correct part number for the grab handle/left seat bolt.  banana
