Tora for sale, missing some parts

Tora has been stored in my unheated barn for 20 years. Engine turns freely, but carb and exhaust have been open all that time, so would need a complete teardown. Kickstart shaft has had hole drilled through it as the splines are worn off.  As is, I don't have the missing parts.  Make offer. Mooresville, In, near Indianapolis.
After 20 years, the tires still have air in them. 😮
