Hello everyone,
My name is Owen, I’m in my mid 20’s and very new to Bridgestone/Rockford motorcycles. My father has recently passed away and he had a 1974 Rockford Taka that I believe he bought brand new. The bike is not in the greatest condition, as I cannot remember ever seeing it run, but I would love to rebuild it so I can ride it in his memory. He still had the original manual that came with the bike including a “Bridgestone Motorcycle Enthusiast” letter that Mr. Clark had stapled to it. I haven’t fully gone over the bike to see what parts I need or where he may have put them, but if anyone has any tips please feel free to reach out. I am not sure when I will be able to start the rebuild but I will try and post on the Taka specific tab when I start.
