What to use to replace rivets holding on VIN plate

I removed the completely rusty rivets that hold on the VIN plate, so I could remove the plate and get the frame powder-coated.
Where can I get rivets that will work?

Richard has them in stock they are real rivets not pop rivets Jeff Bar
