Rockford Serial Numbers - Decoding Question

I'm working on a restoration of my '75 Rockford Taka. I'm curious if anyone has a list of serial numbers for Bridgestone/Rockford built units, specifically Chibi's and Taka's ?

The plate pictured below is from my current TAKA restoration. My registration is listed as a 1975. Not sure if this is accurate. I would like to learn more on this topic.

I have a similar question to Kevin's for a 69/70? Bridgestone 350 GTR and if anyone knows someone in the Massachusetts area who could help me get it running.
