Transmission shifter forks

Hey everyone.
I just got a chibi.  It looks pretty good, however, it's stuck in neutral.  I'm guessing the first culprit i'll check is the shifter fork d? ?
Does anyone know where that is?  I he it's under a engine sidecover and not in thecrankcase??
