BS90 battery not charging

Hey all, new to the forum and love all the great pics and input that's on here. Amazing.

I've got the BS90 and its not charging the battery to run the tail light so I've been just charging it before I ride with an external charger. Is this a stator issue?

Its either the lighting coil or rectifier.

Thanks! Gives me a place to start. It run great without battery, just no lights

Just be certain to check every wire to make sure connections are tight and nothing is grounded before pulling out your checkbook.
