I had a 100 sport in the same shape. I fixed mine by using: "Marvel Mystery Oil" (upper cylinder lubricant) red and black pint can. Although, auto tranny fluid would probably work. With the plug out, pour in as much as you can, then replace the plug. Heat up the cylinder with a hair dryer or a heat gun on 'low'. Heat the cylinder up to about 200 degrees and then let it cool down for 4 hours. Take off the head. Using a hard block of wood, hammer the piston a time or two and you're "home-free"
