Happy New Year boys and girls,

My clutch kit turned up a couple of days ago and it looks really good.
Thank you Richard and Ray for another successful remanufacturing project.
As a bonus, the Christmas chaos resulted in no import taxes being paid!!

Regards,
Harvey.

I'll put money on it that I won't be as lucky...but I can at least hope!

Got mine today as well and I also thank those that made this possible. :-*

The parasitic customs stung me for £30. about $46. >:( Had the last laugh though as they forgot to add the £8 handling charge. :D

Hi Richard and Ray,
I just picked up my clutch from the Post Office, well they are called that but I can think of other words, like ziggy I had to pay £30 in duty but unlike him they did make me pay an £8 handling charge, total £38 or $62.40 if you like it in USD, no matter it was worth every penny, so thank you again Richard and Ray for all effort you both put into this project and know this my GTR would never had made it back from the dead without a clutch, I just need a crank nut and two seals now and I will reassemble the motor.
Regards Colin.

Thanks to Richard and Ray,

Picked up my clutch kit today, I also had to pay the £38.00, but it means another GTR will be back on the road, once again guys thanks for all your hard work. When I get a chance I will dig out the SR175 and let Ray have frame / engine no's.

Julian.

Hey Coxy, it's all about TAX, the government taxes us on the most unbelievable things. I'm seriously considering hanging up my spanners and calling it a day, they just make restoring motorcycles too expensive. Seems they would rather give billions away in foreign aid into a bottomless pit rather than help our own. Rant over, apologies.
