Well I put my new piston and rings in. Cleaned the carb really good.  Bike runs better and idles really good.  When I take it for a ride it seems to sputter at higher RPM's.  It is also Leaking gas out of the carb.  I put a new bowl gasket in, air screw is 1 turn out and the jet needle clip is in the third groove from the top.  Any Ideas on both issues?  I am thinking of ordering a new needle and seat to try and take care of the gas leaking maybe its wore. I would like to try and fix it myself before sending it in to someone.  Thanks Guys!

Check the float level, it may just  be too high (see the downloadable service manual), also shake the float, make certain there isn't fuel sloshing around in there. And, of course, the needle and seat may be leaking like you suspect.

I talked to Steve Reed from carbworx.com today and I am going to send the Carb to him to look at.  He is going to let me know what parts I need and I will order them from Richard to be sent to him so it can be cleaned and set up.  Great Guy!  Thanks Steve!
