Hey Mike....

You can resize pictures by going to one of the resizing websites, just Google "ReSize Pictures".

Here is one:

Just follow the instructions. If you have your pictures hosted by something like photobucket or imagevenue you may be able to shrink them right there.

Even easier is to simply reset the size of your pictures your camera is taking to a smaller size.
