Mike

Please let us all know, if the cover arrives  (hopefully) and what quality it is.
I have lots of customers who would buy covers, if they are good and indeed available.

Other people have done covers, over the years, but either quality or availability
has not been good.

Thanks
RC

Hi Fiction,

It would be great if you could please post some close up pictures of the Pit Replica seat cover for the 350...I'd be really interested to see what they are like compared with the originals...I'm sure many others would too. Thanks!

Steve

Hey Fiction...thanks for those couple of pictures, that gives me a much better idea. What is the front section of the cover like, as this I can imagine, is quite a tricky section to make, if it's to look exactly like the original. Sorry to be a pain, but would you mind doing another photo there please...thanks. Also, it looks to me as though the 'Bridgestone' lettering has been done in white, rather than the original silver...is that right, or is it just the photo?
Nice to see that they have managed to get the heat seam looking very close though...overall, doesn't look too bad at all.

Thanks again for your help,
Steve

hi cost about $70 off ebay, bridgestone is white,i took loads of pictures but had trouble uploading them, had to get help off youngest son.il try and get him to put some more on when he comes home.front seams look ok,think it will look nice when its fitted.  new studs are the same size but a little less domed.

Add me to the list of being appreciative of having photos posted. My seat has lots of life in it, but it's far from original. I learned that one doesn't use Armor-all on my seat unless you plan to have a good grip on the handlebar and foot pegs everytime you drop the clutch in first gear. :o

Thanks again Fiction, much appreciated.
Maybe a few more pictures would be good once you have the cover fitted. Think on the whole, these covers don't look too bad at all.
For those interested...Kotaro from Japan (who also uses this site), provides a seat covering service that I'm also considering using. He has sent me pictures showing a restored seat with the covers that he uses...look very good indeed.
