answers to questions about 350gto progress
« on: February 14, 2011, 11:07:22 AM »
Hi,
A couple members have sent me messages about the progress and price on the gto I am restoring. I have tried responding but it says your mailboxes are full. For the sake of making things simple I will just post here. The bike will be priced between $6000 and $7000 when completed depending on final expenses. It should be complete by early summer, depending on how long it takes to get the tank color matched and painted and the wheels laced up. Thanks for your interest.

Mike,
I see you have a central Indiana area code.
I live in Gas City about half way between Indy and Ft. Wayne off I-69.
I see from your profile you are located in Edinburgh.
How long have you been working on your project?
Regards,
Steve

Hi,
Been working on two bikes a gtr and the gto for about a year. Complete restorations, engines apart and new frame powdercoat, chrome etc. All take time and money. Hopefully they will both be finished this summer.

Thanks for commenting on my parts, hopefully the bikes will look nice when finished. I have Richard to thank for helping me get the pictures posted on the site. I was having a little trouble because my photos were too large but he helped me thru it.
