Can somebody tell me what kind of bike this is?

1.The Tora is a 60 cc bike
2. The motor and exhaust on this bike are from a Bridgestone 50 Sport (cast iron cylinder)
3. The tank and frame look like they're from a Tora


it's  a Bitza (bits of this and bits of that)

Is there a "Rockford Motor Scooter" id tag riveted to the frame anywhere?  I'm not familiar with the tora, don't know where it's normally located?  It should have the model and serial number on it.  That would help identify the frame.  Like Ray said, it looks like a custom build with extra parts?  Good luck!
