I heard back from the sign's seller. His English is not too good, but I think he meant he only had the one sign to sell.

I see them pop up occasionally on eBay, next time I catch one listed, I'll shoot you a pm.

Well Karl, next to the price, they do say OBO. Hit the "Ask the seller a question" button, toss a number at them and hope for the best!
