Description: This photo shows fitting the piston in the left cylinder prior to assembly, EX on piston crown facing exhaust, new base gaskets are fitted. Cylinder studs are lightly coated with a copper based anti seize compound, I use this practise on all fasteners as well.

Everything is lubricated using the two stroke oil I'll be running on. The nylon paint brush handle is the correct diameter for tapping home the piston pins once located in the piston and small end bearing.

Using new piston pin clips make sure you have the inner ones fitted first prior to assembly.
