Just had a phone call from chromefix about a box of parts I've sent in for chrome plating, including a gtr fuel tank.i had forgot to put my details in the package so had emailed my details. When he spoke to me he listed the items and last items were 2 fuel tanks,I told him I'd only sent one, he checked and said he had two identical tanks in red from boxes opened today.so if you sent a gtr tank to chromefix I'd give them a call,  can't be that many tanks getting re-chromed this week in the uk .

You didn't send a pair of silencers and a chain guard too by any chance?

No ,only Bridgestone part was the tank ,sent it with a few bits of a trials bike I'm building.tried to get my local chromer (Prestiege plating )to do the tank with my other parts and said ,is it Japanese he don't do Japanese said it's too thin. That's why I'm trying chromefix .i know ziggy had his done there .i thought it would be someones on here .
