Recently bought a BS7 for $50 on Seattle Craigslist.... Pretty rough condition, but engine is free & has compression. Anyone out there have any first-hand experience with two BS7 models?.... or perhaps own one currently? It looks like the right & left side covers are very uncommon, & not like any other Bridgestone.... Does anyone know where the ignition switch was physically located on the bike? I've looked at all the BS7 pics I could find on internet, but haven't seen where the ignition switch was located.   I'm now looking for some used spare BS7 parts...and some advice..... I also was wondering if any parts off a 50 Homer ( step-thru) model Bridgestone are interchangeable with the BS7....?  I learned that one BS7 model was 12V-electric start....Any help would be appreciated!
( I currently own 9 Bridgestones 2 Rockford Chibi's, and a Tora)

I just got a bs7 myself, in remarkably good shape. I'm not super handy, so I'm just learning how to work on it, but if by ignition switch you mean where the key goes, then it's right under the seat, set in the plastic left side cover.
