Description: Remove the forks from the steering stem clean and carefully inspect.
Undo the oil screw at the bottom of the fork leg and remove the oil
in to a oil pan by pushing the fork leg in a down ward position.
When all the oil is out of the fork leg put the oil screw back in.
Put the bottom fork leg in to the vice dont over tighten put news
paper on the floor to chatch the remaining oil that is still in the
fork leg.Undo the upper bridge bolt 24 mil part no 4124-9000 and
removed.Take out the upper boot holder part no  4177-9000.
Remove spring part no4124-9000.

Remove dust seal part no 4127-9000 and main spring seat part no

Very carefully undo the outer tube nut part no 4114-9000 with a
strap  right hand thread  pull out the inner tube part no 4133-9000
Bingo the fork legs are apart! clean and inspect the inner tube and
the bottom leg.Remove fork seal part no 09590-122 from the outer
tube nut i use a seal remover or press them out check the oil rings
also in the outer tube nut.put new fork seals in part no 09590-122
and o rings part no 09566-107
Reassemble fill each fork tube with 220cc of fork oil or 10/40
do not use hydraulic brake fluid.
