Screws, nuts, bolts

I need an assortment of screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cotter pins, etc. I can't tell if any of the Bolt kits have what I need. Any suggestions? Thanx.

Hey Rick, stampman on eBay sells engine case screws.  He has an assortment of sizes.  You can buy sets or individual sizes.  They have the correct head and pitch.  Here's a link:

What model bike?

Richard probably has a lot of them or you can try eBay. A quick search of BRIDGESTONE BOLTS brings up a couple of assortments for sale.

The parts catalogues have all the sizes noted. I found it cheaper to buy from my local fastener supplier. Btw I use socket (allen) head 6mm screws rather than the original Phillips heads. For the 0.9 pitch screws I saved them and had them re-zinc-ed. Works out well for me to buy in bulk especially having restored 9x 90s.

I also use socket heads for all the case screws. Makes working on carbs and other bits so much easier and I just like the way they look.           Just be aware BS used Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) screw threads on these machines. You are OK buying standard ISO screws for the 6 and 8mm sizes but will find the other common sizes up to 12mm don't fit because the screw pitch is different.
