Proud new owner of a 67 Sport 90
« on: November 11, 2012, 10:30:20 PM »
Hi there. I'm in Southern California and just bought a 1967 Sport 90 in nearly complete condition. I'm looking forward to getting it back on the road and would like to meet any other club members in the area. The bike has been off the road and out of the system for a long time so my first obstacle is registering it with the CA DMV. wish me luck!

That's a fine lookin bike and low mileage too! It won't take much to make a nice respectable rider out of it. By the way, it's my opinion that all bikes should be riders even 10 point restorations. Otherwise, what good are they? They deserve to be ridden and enjoyed, not just trailer queens to be shown off. But everybody has their own opinion. If you restore it to brand new condition what you have is a brand new bike and brand new bikes were made to be ridden, right? I hope you enjoy the site.
