New Bridgestone owner in UK
« on: April 19, 2012, 04:36:04 PM »
Hi all, just taken ownership of a BS90T recently imported to England from the states, in a sorry state. but more than worth the love and effort to restore and get back on the road  I know vey little about the make and model so any help and info from felloe owner would be much appreciated, and details of best place to get bits.

 Thanks Dusty.

Hi roadsey, glad to have you on board! I don't have any first hand knowledge with 90's but I'm sure others here will be more than happy to help get any questions you have answered.

As far as where to get "bits", just look above your posting and click the box that says.... " Click here for parts "   ;D

He has no price list that I know of. Go to the "downloads" and get the parts manual for your bike, then email Richard with the list (with part numbers) of what you want. He'll let you know his prices then.

He and others also list on eBay, so that's another source to look at.

Try here  http://www.rsbikepaint.com/en-gb/about.php

They don't list the BS90T but if you know it's the same colour as another BS that is listed then it's a result.

Or you could contact them as they may know the colour and simply haven't listed the model.

Cheers Ziggy.

But RS list every BS model as Blue Candy, what I am trying to find is a modern name for the same color so as  to buy touch up or areosol as all the bike does not need a repaint otherwise if I was painting all the bike any Blue would do. Surley some out there as touched up a 60's Bridgestone recently.

I was told this is a very close match to the candy blue of a Bridgestone 200
