Yep, it's listed on Yahoo Japan, but it would end up costing you somewhere between $50 - $60 after you add up the auction price, the middleman fees and the shipping from the seller to the middleman and then from the middleman to the States.

I have that patch design as a vector file. You could probably get it embroidered locally in any color you want cheaper than getting that one from Japan.
