Ray,    Can't open the link in UK due to technical/compliance issue, see below

''Unfortunately, our website is currently unavailable in most European countries''

What was this about ?                                           Brian.

I'm not sure why the Chicago Tribune isn't available, but try the press release the newspaper was quoting:
https://nebula.wsimg.com/da3250804b844fdc8dc74067bdcbfbe2?AccessKeyId=E7C7EABFAE18EEDA1FC1&disposition=0&alloworigin=1

Not very favorable to US drivers.

              Thanks Karl, that link works.
Don't worry about statement it makes about US drivers, we have DUIs here, some people will never learn.  Good to see 'driving under the influence of drugs' is also included, took UK police a long time to get wise to that one.

It very well could have included Bridgestone owners who having traveled all the way to Rockford hoping to find a source of NOS parts and then finding none, had to drown their sorrows and relieve their pain!  :'(
