How to restore those rear Bridgestone shocks

Steve Reed and myself have done a major restoration on a pair of 350 shocks, I have posted it as a step by step tutorial, click on link below:

This guide centers around the 350, the 175 and 200 models are exactly the same, just a bit shorter in overall length.
The 50-100cc models are very similar, just a lot smaller with painted or plastic covers,instead of chrome
