Hello from Maryland
« on: April 03, 2012, 11:09:39 AM »
Hi All ,  I found this old Bs100tmx on Craigslist for 300 bucks.  It's so cool I had to buy it. I'd never even heard of them before. Looking forward to learning about them and restoring this one.  Having trouble determining what year it is.  Anybody know ?

Not that it has to survive the ages, but would a '71 originally had a sticker on the head tube?

Looks good for over 40 years old, seat looks to be very good shape and everything pretty complete from what is seen in the photo. Not sure about the blue color though????? thanks for posting the pic skag, always nice to see those 'before' pics  :)

It more than likely was either Imperial Gold or Sequoia Green. If you can't find any traces of the original paint, I'd go with the one YOU like best.  ;D
