Thanks for the add to your Website. I have a 1967 Bridgestone DT 175. I have owned this bike since 1976, I have just started the process of getting it running and back on the road after sitting for almost 30 years.
Summers are short here in Alaska, but looking forward to all the years of experience and advice this forum has.

You'll find the site and Bridgestones are addictive, but it looks like you caught the disease long ago (1975). Welcome and have fun. The members on here are awesome.

Your are correct, Bridgestone is addictive, wherever I moved too throughout the years, I always thought maybe I should just sell the bike, but I just could never part with it, I have owned many other bikes throughout the years, and sold those no problem, even own a Harley Road King now. But my little BS became a part of me. I would ride it along side my dad on his 49 Pan head Chopper on the back roads of Minnesota, I didn't even have a license, but kept up to him no problem, I felt we were like Fonda and Hopper in Easy Rider.  Good times and memories.

Finished getting it all back running, even entered it in a Vintage motorcycle show we had in Palmer on Saturday, Yep, I had the only Bridgestone. A lot of older gents remember them, even a couple had one in their younger years. :)
I still need to replace my front fork seals, anybody have an idea where to purchase the parts, or a substitute part I could use.

It looks great! Nice job! Check with Richard (site owner...push the click here for parts button above for contact info) for parts. You can also buy generic seals that are the right size. I have done that with my 350, but don't know 175 size. Maybe we'll get our 175 aficionados to chime in here.
Keep pluggin' you'll get 'er done!

I sent you a personal message through the site.  Email me about the fork seals (mail icon under user name).  I have some NOS seals I'm willing to sell.  Thanks, Steve
