Bs 200 misfire

I have just rebuilt a 200 and it starts up fine but will hot rev on l/h/cylinder.
I have changed condensers,plugs swooped over coils,striped carbs and tried different setting on points and timing.Charging OK.
Baffled!!!!!,!
Any ideas.

hi ,    have you re checked he timing of the rotoary valve or checked the condition of the vavle an the rotory valve cover, see if you may be blowing fuel back out the venturea of the carb when you try to  open the throttle , if so your valve timming could be off , william anderson

Could it also be a battery that's not quite "up to snuff".??
