I just purchased a Chinese ignition switch. It has 6 wires just like the Bridgestone 175. However, it only has "OFF", "ON/Ign" and "ON/Lights". The Dark Green & Black/White wires connected together is the "OFF" position. The Red & Black wires connected together is the "ON" position. The Red & Black wires connected together and the Brown/White & Brown wires connected together is the "ON/Lights" position. I had to use my ohmmeter to determine this.{There, was, of course, NO documentation with this switch.!}! If I want to use this for a temporary switch, should I use a toggle (or maybe a rocker switch) to connect the Brown and White wires (of the 175's wiring harness) together when I want to use my lights.?? This 175 is the one I installed the 3-phase, 5-wire, voltage regulator/rectifier on. Any expert info from you guys would be appreciated. By the way; a while back I had a few new and used Bridgestone parts stolen out of my truck by some POS. We have way too many people in this country that are too lazy to work to get what they need. And this sorry ass prez has only made the problem worse... Thanks... Tim
