Log-in oddity
« on: March 08, 2012, 07:24:07 PM »
Has anyone else been sometimes seeing this during the log-in process?
I see this page after hitting the "log-in" button.
If I hit the back button once I then see the normal home page after log-in.
I don't have this happen everytime, but about half the time for the last month or so.
For all I know it might be because I'm using Mozilla Firefox....?

If it's any help I use Firefox too and I haven't experienced that. I wonder if it's a server issue?

Mine did it yesterday on my laptop here in Kentucky, Smokey. Hit the back button and was logged in. Don't know why, myself. It's happened before on my desktop at home, also.

I'm a Mac user. Are you guys Mac or PC? Just wondering if that is a contributing factor.

Never had the login problem here either. I'm on a pc also. I don;t ever log out though so don't have to log back in. Maybe that would help if you can stay logged in?

Tonight I got the more standard log-in which works on the first try.
It's the one that has a log-in in the upper left for new members and below that is one for members to use.

The one that gives me trouble is the one that has only one log-in box and is in the middle of the page.

It's like Forrest Gump, never know which one I'll get when I go to the site.

Guess I should make screen captures of both to help explain the difference.
BTW - I'm on an old pc.

For the last couple of days I have been seeing the normal log-in shown below and it works first try.
