POLISHING.
« on: April 22, 2011, 10:56:11 PM »
Polishing.
If you are doing any polishing like wheel hubs etc wear a mask and eye protection and ear plugs and a good pair of gloves.
Aluminium dust is  nasty to work with.
Thanks.
Steve.

Concerning working with Aluminum, I would add that great care should also be used when using your blast cabinets and absolutely when blasting out in the open. Wear a respirator. Extraction vac's don't get it all and usually produce a very fine dust to your immediate surroundings. Even if the machine is vented to the outside.  Mark.
