I have a dual bridged rectifier set up that Stuart in England sent over to me with his tried and true wiring diagram.
With the bike running, i disconnected the 3 generator wires, one at a time, and measured the volts between the 2 wires and the rectifier, and the brown wire connection.
The brown and blue wire had bouncing readings between 10-14v and then occasionally dipping down to .04v
The yellow wire had only between .02-.04volts.
Seems like my generator is dead due to that yellow wire reading?
Is there a way to jump or bypass that yellow wire somehow so I don't have to tear the whole frigging thing apart... AGAIN.
Or...Does anybody have a known working one to sell with the points 180 degrees apart?
