Is it possible to just bypass the key?
« on: April 23, 2017, 02:55:19 PM »
Can I wire my BS100 and bypass the key until Iget it started? It would be nice to get it started. Thanks!

There is a black wire from the magneto to the ignition switch that needs to be connected to the black wire to the ignition coil. Both connect to the ignition switch harness somewhere. Unfortunately, I'm not certain where in the wiring harness the connectors are.

The wiring schematic is shown in the Clymer 50-175 Service Manual available for download on this site.
