Need confirmation on GTR Serial Number

Hello everyone, just joined yesterday so I could verify a serial number date for a 350-GTR. Serial number is 21U03335.  Am I correct in saying this bike was made Sept 1967? The bike is a project. No Title.

Yup, Sept. 1967 is correct.

Awesome, thanks for the fast answer. I won't be restoring the bike. It is currently sitting in my warehouse and every time I move it I think how fun this bike would be but I would run out of time/patience/money for a restoration.  I will be putting it up for online auction soon to give it a better home.
