Hey guys!
« on: June 26, 2017, 04:26:27 PM »
I've had my 200 for a bit but just now putting in some real effort to get it road worthy. Bought it not running but free motor and in otherwise great condition. Only rust was in the oil tank. Got it running but only on one cylinder and the other day I figured out why... Right piston has a hole in it from what seems to have been a ring that broke and gouged through. So in need of the right piston and cylinder. I've done the paint myself and replaced the slightly bent bars with a lower aftermarket set. Other than that the only other custom stuff I'll do to it is a custom seat and it'll be good.

Welcome to the site, great workshop, love the tank paint drying fan in the background. Could probably use it for stripping the old paint, as well  :D

Aftermarket bars look like a reasonable copy of original, which many members ask about, where did you get those?
Unspoiled by progress.
I'm so glad I grew up in the 60s & 70s. I did so much stupid stuff and there's no record of it.............Anywhere !!

The bars in the pic are the original that I know of. I'll have to post a current pic of it.
