Title: buying a bridgestone

was looking at this bridgestone on craigslist. I would appreciate any opinions on it,  info , and what you think its worth.

looks very complete. Appears to be  missing metal tube that connects side panel/air cleaner housing to carburator.  missing rear view mirror. But it does have a rack behind the seat and the rubber mud flap at end of rear fender. I wonder if the tires are original? How much rust in the gas tank?

With the seller only offering a bill of sale, you might want to check first and see how difficult it will be in your state to obtain a title for it. No title = parts bike......  :(
