Bridgestone side panniers

For the life of me I can't remember in what thread somebody was asking about the brackets to fit/make them, here is a youtube video and if you watch it all there are some good views of the top brackets, looks an easy make for a fabricator and I would assume the brackets will be the same layout for all models with different sizes.

Yeah I have been watching that bike, unfortunately it looks like he or she  :P won't ship, I need somebody to help me out with a purchase 5000 miles away, doh  ???
